Following a planned maintenance schedule will prolong the life of your floor finish. Extending the life of your floor finish extends the time between required “scrub & recoats” and “strip outs”, reducing overall labor cost. 
STARQUEST™ exceeds the minimum slip resistance requirements for floor finishes when tested in accordance with ASTM 2047-82 (UL test procedure).

STARQUEST™ is a premium Ultra High Speed coating that provides the gloss and durability benefits gained from PMT high solids formulations. Polymer Matrix Technology™ describes the innovation of a “polymer within a polymer” blending process. Through this process we are able to provide overall performance improvements by blending the unique strengths of two distinct polymers into one coating. 

Wear safety equipment recommended on MSDS, place Wet Floor Signs and read all directions and cautions prior to beginning your work. Thoroughly strip or clean floor and allow to dry prior to application. Stripping all old coatings is recommended prior to initial application. 


Apply in medium even coats, using a mop or finish applicator. Allow each coat to dry to the touch prior to applying additional coats. Apply 3 or more coats on a stripped floor (2 or more coats when used over a seal). 

Restore gloss by spray buffing with Stargate (use 1500 RPM equipment) or dry burnishing (use 1500 to 3000 RPM equipment) or apply Meteor UHS Restorer and burnish (use 1500 to 3000 RPM equipment). Consult product label for pad and complete gloss restoration recommendations.
