Dome® Condiment & Garnish Centers are ideal for all of your condiment and garnish holding and serving needs. Interchangeable and replaceable trays allow you to reconfigure your Dome® or Mini Dome® as needed. Deep trays allow for a large capacity, while standard trays leave room for ice or EZ-Chill™ re-freezable ice packs to keep garnishes or condiments chilled. Extra trays can be pre-filled and stored in a cooler until needed. Snap-on connecters and caddies allow you to customize your centers.

The San Jamar BD104 is a 2 quart replacement tray for any San Jamar Dome system. These durable plastic trays are interchangeable in any Dome garnish center, allowing you to mix and match to suit your needs. The BD104 features a unique, stabilizing lip to keep it securely in place. NSF Listed
