San Jamar Saf-T-Scoop® Food Safe Ice Scoop: for Bar & Beverage Stations.
Protect ice from dangerous contact with knuckles and thumbs while scooping and serving, with the Saf-T-Scoop® & Guardian™ System. Available in sizes designed for bar and beverage station applications, Saf-T-Scoop’s domed scoop design allows for faster and more accurate ice serving, saving time and reducing ice spill hazards. The Guardian™ holder provides dedicated safe and sanitary storage for Saf–T–Scoop® when not in use. Saf-T-Scoop® & Guardian™ System is part of San Jamar’s Safe Ice Handling System.
The design on this San Jamar SI7500 12- 16 oz. scoop prevents hand contact with ice or other foods during use. Two "Germ Guards" protect foods from thumb and knuckle contact. This essential HACCP tool reduces operator risk by preventing practices that cause food borne illnesses. Use of this safety scoop demonstrates a positive image in sanitation and safe food handling. This San Jamar SI7500 scoop is commercial dishwasher safe.The overall dimensions of the scoop are 5 1/4"L x 3 1/4"W (not including handle).
