ASI 0469-2 | ASI Semi Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
American Specialty Semi Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle: shall receive any paper towel dispenser (by others) that fits into upper cabinet space and can be held onto rear panel with screws (by others) and shall have a waste capacity of 12 gal (46 litres).
- Frame, waste container and cabinet shall be 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8.
- All exposed surfaces shall be satin finish and be protected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation.
- Waste container shall have hemmed edges for safety and shall be retained by a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI washroom equipment.
- Face trim shall be 1" (25.4) wide formed from one piece with no miters, welding or open seams and have 1/4" (6.4) square return to collar.
- Structural assembly of all components shall be of welded construction.
- Cabinet shall have no exposed fastening devices or spot welded seams.
- SR collar shall be supplied to convert to semi-recessed mounting.

Installation:
Unit is semi-recessed in wall using four (4) No10 self tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.
Dispenser is supplied and installed (by others). For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install unit so that towel dispenser slot is 48" (1219) maximum AFF.
Note that top of RWO is 3/4" (19) below top of unit. SR collar is installed on cabinet prior to mounting in wall recess following procedure described on SR Collar Data Sheet.

Operation:
Cabinet will receive any towel dispenser that fits in top. Waste container is emptied manually on cycle determined by maintenance needs. Locked receptacle prevents unauthorized removal.
